We work with families, estate guardians and lawyers throughout Miami to help with the physical contents of their clients estates. Many people find themselves holding on to unnecessary items, paperwork, etc. For many it is a form of control over a body or life that is no longer in their control. We come in to right-size those possessions and organize them in a sensible, efficient way.
In the case of the recently departed, the selling of an estate can be a very challenging affair. There many factors to deal with, family members, estate lawyers, executors, and appraisers. The emotions can run wild. We pride ourselves in being capable of remaining calm in the most toxic environments.
We have had the opportunity to help many families to sort through their loved ones estates . We have an uncomplicated approach. The trick is keeping it that way. The process starts by basic organizing and determining what is of value, what the value is (whether financial or emotional) and how the family wants to deal with the possessions. After an inventory is taken I coordinate with the family, estate lawyers, and financial guardians, etc., to adhere to the guidelines of the estate as well as the family members desires. I continually try to reinforce a feeling of trust and confidence in all.
